1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "dkk999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the dkk999 platform accessible at dkk999.ws and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the dkk999 website, mobile site, and any software applications through which dkk999 gaming and betting services are delivered.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform and accesses any of its services.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Funds" refers to real-money PKR balances held in a Player's Account, including deposited funds and any winnings credited.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets a Player must place using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, including identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification required by dkk999 and applicable regulatory standards.
• "Services" collectively means all sports betting, live casino, slot gaming, and related entertainment services available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning assigned to it in Section 9 of these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the dkk999 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the dkk999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version.

dkk999 reserves the right to request proof of acceptance at any time, including during the processing of a withdrawal request. Players who are unable to confirm acceptance of these Terms may have their Account restricted pending resolution.

3 Eligibility

Access to the dkk999 Platform and all real-money Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

1. You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. dkk999 does not permit gaming by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
2. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming or betting is explicitly prohibited by local law where such prohibition would make your participation unlawful.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a dkk999 employee where participation may constitute a conflict of interest.
5. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have an active self-exclusion period in force on the dkk999 Platform.
6. You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own account. Playing on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your Account, is strictly prohibited.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each individual is entitled to register and maintain one (1) Account on the dkk999 Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts held by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods, constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being closed with Funds forfeited.

When registering your Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and valid contact details.
• Keep your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify dkk999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected breach of your Account security.
• Update your Account information promptly if any registered details change, including your mobile number linked to JazzCash or EasyPaisa.

dkk999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to keep their login credentials secure. Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their Account, whether authorised by them or not, except where dkk999 is at fault for a security breach on the Platform itself.

dkk999 reserves the right to suspend any Account pending identity verification at any time, particularly prior to processing a withdrawal request. KYC documents that may be requested include a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address dated within 90 days, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the dkk999 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). dkk999 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your dkk999 Account promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. dkk999 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to payment provider availability.
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be fulfilled before Bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• dkk999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as required by its licensing obligations.
• dkk999 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier section, but cannot guarantee processing times attributable to third-party payment providers.

dkk999 does not accept payments from third parties. Funds deposited from a payment method not registered in the Player's name will be returned and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

dkk999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are governed by these general terms and any additional specific promotion terms published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms.

The following general conditions apply to all dkk999 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed the registration process and hold a verified dkk999 Account.
• Each welcome bonus or first-deposit offer is available once per Player, per household, and per device.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Funds in your Account. dkk999 uses real-money Funds first when settling bets unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus Funds not wagered within the validity period will expire without value.
• Bets placed on certain game categories or at certain odds levels may not contribute fully towards Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates are published in the applicable promotion terms.
• dkk999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting bonus terms, using automated systems, or coordinating with other Players to trigger bonus conditions artificially.

7 Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on the dkk999 Platform is subject to the following rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published in the dkk999 betting rules section:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. dkk999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. dkk999 may suspend in-play markets at any time, including during live play, without prior notice.
• Bets that are void for any reason — including event cancellation, market suspension, or clear pricing errors — will be refunded to the Player's Account at the original stake value.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip and may vary by sport, market, and Player account history.
• dkk999 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets to protect against systemic pricing errors.
• PSL and other domestic Pakistani cricket markets are subject to event-specific rules published prior to each season. Players are encouraged to review these rules before placing cricket wagers.

Settlement of bets is carried out in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body of the sport or event in question. dkk999 does not accept responsibility for scores or results provided by unofficial third-party sources.

8 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on the dkk999 Platform are supplied by third-party game providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers streamed from licensed studios.

Players acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of all RNG-based games is determined by certified random processes and is not influenced by previous game results, bet sizes, or any action taken by dkk999 or its game providers.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel and represent the theoretical long-term return over a statistically significant number of rounds — they do not guarantee any specific result in any individual session.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played, which are displayed at each table and take precedence over general platform rules in the event of a conflict.
• Technical malfunctions of any game or platform component void all affected rounds and any bets placed during the malfunction period. Stakes will be refunded to the Player's Account.
• dkk999 is not the manufacturer of any casino game and accepts no liability for the game logic, visual representation, or outcome of games provided by third-party studios.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dkk999 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds including deposited amounts, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or exploit any game or market.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software, including pricing errors in betting markets, for financial gain.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or registering an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using dkk999 to transfer funds between payment methods without genuine gaming intent.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited and where such access is a criminal offence under local law.
• Registering multiple Accounts or facilitating any other person to register multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing dkk999 staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

dkk999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. We operate a comprehensive responsible gaming programme that includes the following player protection tools, all accessible from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is active, it cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming position.
• Self-Exclusion: Immediately suspend your Account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to an indefinite period. During self-exclusion, your Account will be locked and all marketing communications will cease.
• Account Closure: You may request permanent closure of your dkk999 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected].

dkk999 actively monitors play patterns and may contact Players proactively where behaviour indicators suggest a potential gambling problem. We may also restrict or suspend an Account where we have concern for a Player's wellbeing, even in the absence of a Player-initiated request.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the dkk999 Platform, including but not limited to software, code, design layouts, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and game content licensed from third-party providers, is the intellectual property of dkk999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content without prior written authorisation from dkk999.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Creating derivative works based on any dkk999 content or branding.
• Using any dkk999 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner not expressly authorised in writing.

Any unauthorised use of dkk999 intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action under applicable law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dkk999 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings attributable to technical faults, platform outages, or internet connectivity failures beyond dkk999's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, Account information, or transaction records resulting from circumstances beyond dkk999's reasonable control.
• Financial losses resulting from a Player's own decisions to wager, regardless of any information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any Pakistani bank.

dkk999's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit dkk999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by dkk999's own acts or omissions, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13 Amendments to These Terms

dkk999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dkk999 will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notification within the Platform for a period of not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

If a Player does not agree with the amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Funds before the amended Terms come into effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.

The date at the top of this document ("Last Updated") reflects the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dkk999 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between a Player and dkk999 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct communication in the first instance.

Players may contact dkk999's support team at [email protected] to raise a formal complaint. dkk999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days of acknowledgment.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by dkk999's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are provided in the licensing information section of the Platform.

Nothing in this section shall prevent dkk999 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights or the integrity of the Platform.
